Privacy Policy
Keyydo works with commercially sensitive information — your costs, your margins, your launch plans. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who can see it, and what we will never do with it.
Who we are
Keyydo builds financial forecasts for brands launching products on Amazon US. Keyydo is operated by M26 Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States. In this policy, "we", "us" and "Keyydo" mean M26 Ventures LLC.

What we collect
- Your account — first name, company name, email address and password. If you use "Continue with Google", Google sign-in confirms who you are in place of a password. Creating an account is free.
- Your orders — order name, product category, launch capital and three to six competitor Amazon links, plus any optional details you add: selling price, landed unit cost, one-time costs, packaging and size, shelf life, lead time, first order, payment terms, launch month, brand situation, listing readiness and Amazon Vine.
- Competitor information — public Amazon product information for the competitor links you give us. We fetch it through a third-party data provider to check the links are in the right category and price range.
- Correspondence — emails you send to myforecasts@keyydo.com.
Orders are placed in the Keyydo app at keyydo.app, not on this website and not by email.
On your device
The app keeps your unfinished work and sign-in details in your browser, on your device. This website sets no cookies. Neither the website nor the app uses advertising or analytics tracking. Fonts on this website are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
Amazon marketplace data
To build a forecast we use Amazon US marketplace information about your category: published fee schedules and publicly visible catalogue, pricing and ranking data.
If you authorise us to access data from your own Amazon seller account, we use it only to prepare your forecast. We do not share it with anyone else, use it for any other client, combine it into datasets for others, or use it for marketing. Access is limited to the people building your forecast, and we delete it when the engagement ends or on your request, whichever is sooner, subject to the record-keeping duties below. We handle Amazon data in line with Amazon's policies for developers.
How we use it
- To run your account and receive your orders.
- To build, deliver and answer questions on your forecast.
- To invoice you and keep accounting records.
- To meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations.
- To improve our forecasting method — using aggregated, anonymised patterns only, never your identifiable business data.
What we will not do. We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not share your costs, pricing, margins or launch plans with any other client, competitor or third party. We do not name your business in marketing, case studies or examples without your written permission.
Who can see your orders
You see only your own orders. Keyydo staff can read submitted orders to prepare your forecast.
Where it is held
Account and order data is stored with our database provider, Supabase. The app is hosted on Vercel. "Continue with Google" uses Google sign-in. We share information only with these providers, the competitor data provider, and professional advisers or authorities where the law requires it.
Confidentiality of engagement material
Everything you send for a forecast, and the finished forecast itself, is treated as confidential. Access is limited to the people who need it to complete the work. If you want a signed non-disclosure agreement before sharing inputs, ask at myforecasts@keyydo.com before you submit an order.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not become engagements — up to 12 months, then deleted.
- Forecast inputs and delivered forecasts — 3 years after delivery, so we can answer follow-up questions. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
- Data from your Amazon seller account — deleted when the engagement ends or on request, as set out above.
- Invoices and accounting records — 7 years, as US tax rules require.
Security
Information is held in access-controlled cloud services with encryption in transit and at rest, and protected by strong authentication. No system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise absolute security, but we take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect what you send us. If a breach affects your information, we will tell you without undue delay.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict certain uses, and receive a copy in a portable format. If you are in California, you also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
To use any of these rights, email myforecasts@keyydo.com. We reply within 30 days and may need to confirm your identity first.
International transfers
M26 Ventures LLC is a US company. We and our service providers may store and access information in the United States and in other countries where we work. Where the law requires it, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.
Children
Keyydo is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update the date at the top of this page. If a change is material and affects a live engagement, we tell you directly.
